One Argentinean misses Barcelona training as the other comes on
The first team of Barcelona has three Argentineans playing in it; namely, the famous Argentinean striker Lionel Messi along with the Argentinean captain Javier Mascherano and the Argentinean centre back Gabriel Milito, the
brother of Inter Milan striker Diego Milito.
Right before the El Clasico, the Barcelona squad was expected to be ready for the big game, but news came out that Gabriel Milito would be missing the game as he was injured. However, his absence was not felt much as the
Catalan giants did a wonderful job at the back. They did not really require the assistance of the Argentinean as they won the game 5-0 at the Nou Camp.
As the match progressed, it was seen that Lionel Messi was not really playing in his favourite right wing position. In fact, it was Pedro Rodriguez, who featured on the right with David Villa on the left while Xavi Hernandez
and Lionel Messi switched positions as the team went forward to score goals. The Argentinean maestro was left in the attacking midfield position while the Spaniard made a move forward, which was the basic reason behind the first goal that Xavi scored as he
found himself alone in front of Iker Casillas.
With Barcelona, winning the game 5-0 against Real Madrid it was a total shock for all the football fans around the world. Even though the loss was very big for the Los Blancos, it was not shocking for Barcelona fans that
were present at the Nou Camp to support their team. Even though Barcelona won the game 5-0, they still could not save Lionel Messi from an injury, which came out because of the tackle that Sergio Ramos pulled off against the Argentinean.
During the last minute of the game, as the Barcelona side was winning the game 5-0 against Real Madrid, it was clearly seen that the Los Blancos were getting frustrated, as they simply could not find the back of the net.
Soon, the frustration came out in an action that was taken by the Real Madrid right back Sergio Ramos who was simply frustrated and furious during the game. Not only did Ramos manage to slap Carles Puyol on his face, in fact, he also brawled with Xavi Hernandez
on his way out after a ferocious tackle on Lionel Messi.
Reports clearly gave out a warning about Lionel Messi’s stronger left foot which was taken out by Sergio Ramos and the Argentinean even missed out during the practice sessions, which were to take place before the game of
Osasuna that is going to take place on the weekend in a Spanish La Liga fixture.
Even though Lionel Messi was out for the first practice session, the Barcelona management clearly said that the best player in the world is going to be all right and he is going to play in the next match for Guardiola.
With a definite bad news coming to Barcelona fans as Lionel Messi missed out a practice session for their side, there was definitely good news as well as every dark cloud has a silver lining. The Argentinean centre back Gabriel
Milito was seen back on training with his side in the first practice session. With Milito fit to play, Guardiola can easily rest Gerard Pique or Carles Puyol, who have been playing a lot of football lately.
