One Month from now can Berto KO Forbes?

Andre Berto is scheduled to fight Steve Forbes 1 month from now. Forbes has never been KO'd in his career, and he says he's never even been knocked down. Will he go down in this fight or not, I don't see him pulling off any sort of upset.
