One Tree Hill Quotes!?

Question

Does anyone know the two quotes in season five of one tree hill? One of them is Nathan talking to Lucas about not finding answers in the dark. After Lucas finds out Lindsey is seeing someone and drinks a lot... There's that one. And the second one is going off of what Nathan said. Lucas is talking to Haley and Haley says, "You know how people always say that sometimes it takes pain....well that's all .... it's all just pain...." I don't know how it goes. But it's somewhere along those lines. Anyone that knows those two would be great help! Thanks!

The first quote with Nathan and Lucas is
