One Tree Hill River Court, Wilmington, NC?

Question

My family visited Wilmington, NC from the Boston area the week of 08/13/08 & when looking for the River Court basketball court from the One Tree Hill tv series, the area was fenced in?

Were we on the right side of the river, is there a huge green fence around the river court basketball court? We plan on going back soon and really don't want to spend time going to look at something that's not available. Were we in the right place, is it fenced in, help?...lol

Were you near the Battleship? I haven't been over there to see if it is fenced in, but I do know that it is right next to the parking lot for the Battleship. Sorry you wasted a trip to see a green fence!!!!
