What exactly was Nanny Carrie saying she did? I know she had some twisted scheme that she pulled off, but I couldn't comprehend exactly what it was that she did to Dan, including the whole hospital switch, the car crash, everything. Please explain it all! Thanks!

she borrowed a car, took dan's wallet, took the body before they identified it, put him in his own car went to her house took him out gently (NOT!)
