One a day women vitamin supplements?? good for running?

hi! well im a high school xcountry and track runner and my coach told us girls that we should be taking a vitamin supplement and iron. she recommended taking one a day women. so i am and i wuz wondering if it would make me any faster? does it have any effects??

  1. About as effective as a sugar pill.


  2. I dont believe it makes you any faster :-) but any experienced coach will tell you that it is necessary if you want to take running seriously. It is just to ensure that your body does not break down from everything going on in your life.
