One app update for two iPods?

I bought the app update for my iPod Touch. My cousin has the same iPod and I want to know if I can use the update that i bought to update her iPod on my computer.

It says that it will erase all her songs since it's synced with another library. But will she be able to put all her songs back when she gets to her house?

yes, once she gets back to her computer she can sync all of her songs onto her iPod again.
