One boob bigger than the other?

Not that much but I can tell I don't know wether you would or not.

Is this normal?

Perfectly normal, even if one is a couple of cup sizes larger.  If you think it's noticable, buy padded bra's and adjust your straps so no one can tell.  If your still in puberty and the size difference becomes extreme if you are still growing, you can have plastic surgery  once your done growing to fix.  But unless it's causing major damage to  your self esteem regarding your body, I wouldn't worry about it.
