Better than having more than you can take care of and other taxpayers have to support them.  One child global policies, could happen with a communist President.

One child policy will mean Negative growth after some decades. We in India are trying for 'Hum Do Hamere Do'

meaning 'We Two Have Two' which should create if adopted a stagnant population and the world governments create enough jobs/food/housing for all in time.
