Hi everyone, I would like your assistance in this question. I am planning to visit Italy in 4 years, and I would like to know which city in Italy is the best one to visit (In terms of recreational purposes)? I am planning to stay there for 2 weeks, would anyone know how much money I should bring and which hotel is the best to stay at? Anyway, thank you everyone for taking your time to read this question, and I apologize if the question seems too vague.

  1. ROME

  2. Enna in Sicily. There are much recreational purposes.

There are many ancient Roman and Greek ruins. The peoples are friendly and girls easy. There are a lot of hotels and B&B. For 2 weeks you need 100 euros.

    Good holyday

  4. Rome for sure. It is one of the most beautiful and historically important cities in the world. There is so much to do and see here, and it is the capital after all so one cannot come to Italy without seeing Rome!

  5. Venice and Milan!!!

  7. Hi,I'm Italian.Last April i visited Venice for the very first time(even if it's only 2 hours far from me) and I found it wounderful, but a little bit too expensive(florence, venice,Rome are the most expensive).I stayed in a bed and brekfast and payed 55 euros per night....But it always depends on the period(but don't go there in deep winter because it's deserted).Otherwise,if you want to pay less you have to go in ostello...Verona (near where I live)is very wonderful(there's also the statue of Giulietta which is believed to bring luck ) and it's near to Cremona. However,if you come in Spring every big city is beautiful because they play live music in every square and shops like Fiorucci,Versace eccetera are open even in the evening (they usually close at 19:00)!Good luck!

  8. roma-venezia-firenze-verona

remember never never never go napoli

  9. Florence, Venice

  10. Florence, Pisa

  11. Isernia, they have lots of sites to view ruins from the Roman period

  13. Hello!

    I think this:

    4/5 day in ROME,

2 day in Abruzzo (Perugia for ex: lake Trasimeno, Narni - you know Narnia? - an more medieval town)

2 in Florence (and 1 in a Tuscany green)

2 in Venice (not more because is very small!)

    And why not Verona?

ROME is "all", but 2 week are too much for one foreign in beautiful Italy.

You go here and take the train for one town in Abruzzo, other train for Florence and one other for Venice...

You can take the hotel whit expedia!!!!

No Milan: because Milan has beautiful palaces, beautiful storees but not a lot other for a foregin...

  14. Rome <*-*>

  15. Ciao. There is not only one city that you MUST visit.

Florence and Venice for their monuments.

South Italy for the sea if you come in our summer time (June-September)
