One day long period? is this normal?

i woke up with my period and had it heavy that day. i went to bed but when i woke up there was no blood on the pad and thruought the day i didn't bleed at all? is a one day long period normal? i am not on the pill or pregnant.

  1. Not common but possible. It may return in a couple of days. Hormones are a funny thing.


  2. u r gonna get it again just think of it as ur hormones and ovaries and uterus taking a lil coffee break...u will have it again in a couple of hours ...that always happens to me and it annoys the h**l out of me!

  3. It is very possible. A period doesn't need to be 7 days long, it can be anywhere from 1-7 days. If this is your first couple years with a period, it takes your body a while to adjust and regulate your period.

    Just be lucky that yours lasts a day long!

  4. Yes , it's really normal.

    Period days doesnt have to be exactly 3 days or so.

    It's just an approximate time.

    Everyone is different, mine lasted one day also one day, and the next month it went normal again.

    It's completley normal dont worry :)
