  1. you are just a little overweight but not to much

here go to this website http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and type in your height and your weight and click compute BMI and it will tell you  your BMI and you can just check on the left and it shows you the categories

    Hope i helped =)

  2. I'll give you the same advice I gave earlier.  Step away from the scale and look in the mirror.  Are you fat?  Athletes, yes this means dancers, have a lot of muscle which weighs more than fat.  The standard height to weight ratio may not be an acceptable method for you.  If you must weigh yourself, get an electronic scale that gives you your body fat not just a weight.

  3. You are fine! Your BMI is in the normal range so I have no idea why any health professional would tell you to lose 20lbs! You are getting plenty of cardio dancing, so don't worry about it. It sounds like you just have an athletic body type, which is not a bad thing at all.

  4. your perfect girl!

believe me dont skinny lol worst thing ever

  5. ur just fine...if u dont like the way u look 8 to 10 pounds should make u happy

  6. your BMI is 24.4

healthy is between 18.5 and 24.9

    so techinically, you are healthy.

but you need to take action now and make sure not to gain any more weight.

and it wouldn't hurt to lose about 7-10 pounds.

  7. You sound fine. I'm sure people look at you and wish for your body. Give yourself a break!!!
