One eye more blurry than other?

I noticed last night that my vision in my right eye had suddenly gone very blurry. Typically I have great vision and have never needed glasses. I went to the ER that night because it was so bad and the doctor discovered that my right eye was tracking slower than my left eye when he had me follow his finger movement. He said if it did not clear up in a day or so to go see my regular eye doctor. However, what could this be and does it have a name? Thanks

It might be a temporary optical nerve disorder or your eye muscles are not functioning properly. I'm not sure if it has a name but I hope you get better soon.
