One foot is neutral the other is over pronated, what to do?

one of my feet is neutral and the other is over pronated, both have low arches. but I feel pain in my over pronated arch and ligament under my inside knot.

  1. I recommend NOT getting involved with orthotics, IMO they dont help.

    Get a good stable  shoe...good shoes can make all the difference


  2. Hi Definitely get custom innersoles.  

  3. Visit a podiatrist and get a custom set of orthodic inserts.

    There is nothing you can buy off the shelf to correct your problems.
