I HAVE A VIZIO 32 IN.HDTV AND THE HALF RIGHT SIDE OF THE PICTURE SCREEN IS COVERED WITH WHITE AND COLORED VERTICAL LINES. THE PICTURE HALF OF THE SCREEN IS CLEAR. WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP!THANK YOU,Virgil
