Well, this week I've been doing really, really well with my restricting. I've lost 8 pounds in 3 days. But tonight I binged. Probably around 800-1000 cals.

How much will I gain by tomorrow?

  1. really well? 800-1000 cals are not binging it is going to make your body eat itself you should be eating 1500-2000 a day without exercise, with it you need more, you don't gain weight in a day it doesn't happen that fast unless you eat so much you get sick so you shouldn't worry about that it probably won't even show but you are killing yourself if you continue with the way you are eating. losing and gaining that much weight in that little time is never good for you


  2. you might not gain anything.  You might have burned that much during the day.  so don't beat yourself up for cheating, just try and do better tomorrow.  Actually, I'm thinking of binging also, but I'll see how I feel like later. good luck.

  3. You wont gain much, since you had been on a diet for a long time. However, it depends upon your genes. So in the worst case, take a kilo or 2.20 pounds. This shouls be tmporary and you might loose it the next day itself.

    Take care, do air cycling while sleeping. That might you out.

  8. you shouldn't be losing weight that quick, i'm sure you know that and don't care, but don't be surprised when you gain it back quick.  Your body will thinks its starving and hold on to more foot, as fat.  Plus your weight will vary day by day don't look at the number, just look at yourself in the mirror and decide how you look.  If you found out Angelina Jolie was 300lbs would you care?

    Seriously. you wont gain much real weigh mostly water gains and bloating. you will lose it again with some perseverance.

  12. Your weight is irrelevant, when you are so insecure about it, it shows, and becomes a blemish on your self confidence thus ruining your personality, which is what REAL GUYS care about!

  15. You wont gain more than a pound, a pound is 3500 calories. Tomorrow run for 20-30 minutes and those 800 calories will be burned off

  17. next time remember this rule: never eat any carbohydrates after 8p.m., if you eat carbs before you go to bed they will convert from sugar to fat. if you eat protein before you go to bed, your body will use that protein to maintain muscle.-blurey

  21. You won't gain any but you are losing way too much too fast!!! You are going to start having nutritional problems, vitamin deficiencies, and because you are not putting enough calories into your body, your body will start pulling all the nutrition and vitamins out of your muscles and bones. The protein will come out of your muscles and the calcium will come out of your bones. Your body is probably thinking it is dying because of your strict diet so it will do whatever it has to do to stay alive. I know this because my body is doing it now. I didn't go on a diet I have a digestive disease where I can't eat food. I live on baby fruit. My body pulled the protein from my muscles and calcium from my bones. Now when I try to go to the bathroom (barefoot) at night it feels like I am walking in nothing but bones or hard sticks. I also got to the point where I could not lift a gallon of milk, I couldn't even twist the lid off a bottle of soda (pop). I was running into walls, doors and falling down for no reason and almost fell through the kitchen window. I had to go get IV's of vitamins because I was so deficient. So you had better find a better diet plan, maybe exercise too, before you end up like me.

  23. a pound at most but maybe none 2000 a day is about break even if you have been losing it because your about 800 cal in the negitive so the beng will just zero that out. but do give in get back on and loose another 8
