One last stamina question

Can you give me a exercise plan to increase my stamina for running? Can't run outside.No equipments. Please give a complete list of plans I can do in my room. like MON:biceps sort of like that please and thank you

  1. Do crunches, situps, and some other ab exercises.  Having a strong core is very important in running.  Strong abs will give you the correct running posture.

    Also, pushups should help.  When your legs get tired, (especially when running up hills), you need to pump your arms.  When you pump your arms, your legs will move faster.  Do pushups to build your triceps.


  2. Only in your room and no equipment, run in place, work your abs.  That's about it.

  3. Why can't you run outside?

    Like around your block.

    and don't say its too hot. I run in the heat.

    I guess you can just run in place and do crunches and sit ups and push ups. And whatever you like to do.
