One left turn from the small rd to major rd,one left turn towards the small rd from major rd?who has priority?

both without stop sign and no other traffic light. small road is two way.

  1. major road always has right away unless there is stop signs then i go by whoever got there first goes first n so on n so forth


  2. Taken literally (I drive on the left), neither need right of way as their paths would not cross, but the car on the minor road would probably be blocking it thus requireing it to move first.

    In a country where you drive on the right (but still using british law), any car on the major road would officially have right of way over any car on the minor road, but if the car on the minor road is blocking the road they would need to move first.

  3. I'd give it to the major road, since there normally is more and faster traffic on it.  Better to give in that to get hit.
