  1. im not thinking its going to care at all. But just in case keep an eye on it and if it starts acting wierd or running into the glass just take it off.

  2. i havent got one for my leopard geckos because my viv is an alkward size.

i dont think it would make a difference to be honest

  3. i think your reptile would get mad with the tank background.

    Fish don't like it♫

  4. It won't hurt or confuse him.  I personally like the look of backgrounds and use them on my lizard tanks.

  5. The background is not going to make any difference to your leopard gecko. He was probably captive bred and therefore would have no idea what the desert ( or whatever background you chose) looks like. The background would be for the benefit of decoration and nothing more.

Leopards do like to hide so make sure you give him some good places for him to tuck away when he wants.

  6. I think they are a waste of money and honestly look really tacky.

What i do for mine so they dont walk into the glass...i do it more often with the really flighty lizards..like water dragons..lizards that run into glass and hurt themselves...anyway what i do is

Spray paint the 2 sides and the back with that marble looking spray paint...it comes in several different colors and it looks really nice.....if you want to see how it looks on mine email me and ill send you some pics...obviously you dont paint it while they are in there...and cover the top with newspaper so the paint doesnt drift in....if you have any q's let me know.
