I think the traditional problem with scams is that you never get your money back.  Otherwise it wouldn't be much of a scam would it?

I feel for you! I have got the same issue with my mobile company 'mobile rainbow'. I have just posted a question about this.

I have taken the company to the small claims court as I have tried everything else without success. They owe me almost £200!!

My boyfriend is also taking yet another fraudulent company, 'mobile outlet',  to court.
