One more iTunes question...?

I know I've asked a lot of questions about iTunes, but this is another one. Somehow, one of my favorite songs got deleted off of my iPod. It's in my iTunes library, but not on my iPod. Do I manually drag that song to my iPod so it goes back on (I set it to manually manage my music.)? Thanks!
