soz im asking too much qestions but i want to know, is slifer the sky dragon baned or limited?

officially they dont exist

they are not listed on the official banlist because they dont count as official cards (although they were brought out by same company that does all other yugioh cards)

you cannot use them because they dont have normal types or attributes although if your playing with friends or you ask somebody you want to play if you can use them then that is fine ... if you do this then i suggest you agree on the effect before you start playing

in tournaments they are illegal

All Egyption God cards are banned in ALL tournaments.
