before I take my double decker butt away from the computer and go to bed.

What is the sweetest thing someone of the opposite s*x has done for you.

So I guess I should go first, right?

Well hmm..I don't even know how to tell this story without writing a book lol

So I guess first if you don't know, I'm 6 years younger than my husband and when we met in 2000 I was 16 and "jailbait." We didn't begin a relationship until I was 18 and after breaking up for probably the 3rd time he invited me out to dinner at my favorite mexican restaurant/karaoke bar. We were talking about our relationship and I said I wasn't sure he wanted to really commit to this for the long run and if that was the truth then he should just leave now, if not then he should tell me how he feels and we'll take it from there. He looked at me and got up(I thought he was leaving the restaurant)and walked to the stage and asked the owner to start the music. He then began to sing me this song. http://artists.letssingit.com/se

  1. she was german. she bought me flowers at the club then sang me folks songs from her native village. and some other stuff....

  2. One day, I had just finished up my evening class and was waiting for my dad to pick me up (he was teaching late that night at another school, so I had to hang around campus for a few hours). There was a power outage in the main buildings of my school. I got a call on my cell after class. It was from the guy I'm seeing (who had called before, during the lecture), saying that he heard about the blackout and wanted to make sure I was OK. I was, of course, and I didn't see why I wouldn't be. But that gesture turned me to goo.

  3. I had broken up with my husband(BF at the time)...was done, that was the end.

Two months later, I got sick really sick...like the world is going to end, I'm dying, please kill me now kind of sick.  and the kid was jumping on the bed wanting food and to play...mommy couldnt move...friends have their own families to deal with, my parents where no help, current guy I was seeing didnt want to get sick.  Out of desperation, the last person on the list... I called him.  He drove the hour up to where I was living, picked up medicine..shoved it down my throat, feed the kid and kept her happy and (most important) away from me

The kicker to all this....that night he came in my room (gave me more d**n medicine) tucked me in...put his hand over my heart and said "I dont care what you say.  I know this heart is mine, just like mine is yours"  then he got up and left. O.O

  4. He had to go to the dentist early on valentines day. So he put chocolates in my coat hood, a card in my coat sleeve, a teddy in my coat pocket, and a little chocolate heart in the other sleeve! It was so cute!

  5. nothing there. i better not get a virus. oh sweetest thing though...hmmm...my now husband drove from indiana to florida to take me to disney world, which was sweet in itself....but when we were in one of the shops i saw something i liked and showed it to him, then i went to the bathroom and he bought it for me while i was away, and waited till that night to surprise me.

  6. I have one to tell!

This happened to me in the summer of 2002.

I was in a High School program called Upward Bound. Upward Bound was a summer program that allowed kids to get a head start on the next school year, pay for college classes (when we were seniors in HS) and at the end of a six week summer session we went on a trip.

Well, I had this really good guy friend Patrick. We were on a trip to St. Louis and while we were there we all went to Six Flags. He had been acting funny for two days and I found out why. We got separated at the theme park and I went with a couple of my buddies and he went with a couple of his.

I didn't see him until we were on the bus back to the hotel. He asked me if I was going to come down to the pool and I said yes. When I got down there, sitting in a chair at a table was a huge gray stuffed dog.

He had played games all day long and spent nearly all of his money trying to win it for me. He asked me if I would go out with him and I said yes.

That was the sweetest thing up to that point in my life that anyone had done for me.

Sorry for the small book but it had to be long to get it all in.

  7. Cleaned my sheets and waited on me for 6 days while I had

    Mono/Tonsilitis/Strep

  8. I'm going to have to go with morning oral.

  9. Well my then boyfriend, now husband is left handed, I was in the kitchen cooking and he said "you know what, you are my right hand woman, you are my right hand".  It made me cry!

  10. 1st thing- My favorite man wrote me a song

2nd My friend Ricky saw me fall off a platform at a local concert and he caught me before I hit the ground.

  11. this guy i used to date when i was 18-19 still wheres the necklace i used to where and gave him when i was 18, we just started talking again after 3 years of living different life's and has never taken it off, I'm now 22 and I'm pretty sure i love him

  12. My fiance stood by my side when I was in labor with our baby, even though we were awake for 20 hours that day, not once did he leave my side and, when the baby was finally out, the first thing he told the nurses when they went to hand him the baby was "She's the one who's bleeding from bringing our little girl into the world, she deserves to be the first one to hold her" and they put her in my arms so I could meet her, then my fiance held her only after I had the chance to.

I know people have kids every day, but the fact that he was there for me like that proves that he'll be there for all of our life's biggest moments.
