can you miss your period for a whole month and just get the cramping or is that a pregnancy thing only? just curious cuz like i said im late, and i WAS ttc, but decided to wait a month and this month my period didnt come when i expected it to as im extremely on time every month.i have been cramping on and off for a week but no AF...

ive taken tests BFN...maybe just being hopeful but just looking for advice

  1. You can still have PMS and cramps without a period.  I have PCOS and went years without having a period, but yet I had the cramps and PMS.  Maybe you are just late or are just going to miss this month.  It does happen.  If you period is gone longer than 3 months and no +HPT, I would go to the doctor about it.  Good luck to you!
