I really need so help here as I do not know what to do next. I have an HP desk top computer with the provider being Verizon. At times it will not connect to the internet. Sometimes it disconnects. It may start again in a few minutes or it may take an hour or so. It displays a page that says the internet connection is not available at this time. The phone line is okay but static-y. It has a firewall and virus protection. Any ideas would be very helpful. Who do I get in touch with- HP or Verizon. Anything else I can do? Thanks

  1. Verizon would seem too be the person to contact on this matter.


  2. If you have static,call verizon and ask them to do a line test.I had the same problem,they fixed the line and my internet was great again.

  3. probabilly its your ISP to be blame not your computer, Call verizon and address them the problem.
