One of my babies ears stick out ?

My babies left ear sticks out and often gets folded forward in her hats or when she turns her head to the left when lying on her back (folds forward against the floor or mattress). Im constantly bending it back again. The other ear does not do this and is flater against babies head. This may sound like a weird question but should I put a head band or something on baby to try and keep this ear flat? Will it grow flat against her head like the other ear if I try and keep it against her head? Or will it not make a difference?

I dont have a problem with it but I wander if my baby may grow up to hate the fact that her ears arnt symmetrical so if I can do something now to fix it then I will. What do you think?
