One of my b*****s is larger than the other. is this a serious health issue?

i'm 20 years old and i have only just noticed it. they never used to be different.

In teens this is perfectly normal, they will even out as you progress in puberty.

No it's totally normal. Even if you are an adult, some people just have one bigger breast than the other.

It not only normal, but very common.  Most woman have this issue weather they notice it or not.  If your worried about what your partner thinks, in the heat of things I can almost guarantee they won't notice.  If they love you they won't care.
