  1. You won't be able to fly for the military, at least not the US military.

Civilian aviation is an option as long as your eyesight is correctable to 20/20 and you wear the corrective lenses while operating the aircraft.

Your math skills could be a little stronger as you will have to perform some fairly complex calculations for weight and balance, fuel duration, etc.  A good flight calculator will help but you need to understand the underlying principles to be a safe pilot.

  2. You are eligible for pilot training. Make sure your vision is corrected to read 20/20. Most airlines look for candidates that hold a college degree. You can enroll in a college (like Embry Riddle, Kent State, Purdue) and complete your flight training in addition to earning a college degree. You can also enroll in college and complete your flight training in the private market.

  3. The proper answer to your question will depend on which country you are in, and whether you wish to fly as a civilian or in the military. Please confirm with an official source such as the aviation authority or air force in your country.

Generally speaking, you can wear glasses or contacts as a civilian with no problem. Militaries usually have tighter standards, but don't rule it out based on an answer you get here. Go to the source. Here are some example vision requirements.

    Education

In general, you do not need to meet any education requirements to undergo civilian flight training and receive your certificates or licenses. The math and physics are not that complex, and they will teach you everything you need to know about it in flight school. You will however want to get a 4 year degree to be competitive for jobs as a professional pilot. I recommend against the aviation universities because they are overpriced and give you exactly the same ratings you could get at a local flight school. Get your degree in something else.

Here are the eligibility requirements for pilots in the UK and Australia. Notice that they do not include any education requirement (again, it may be a different story when you apply for jobs).

  4. Your eyesight should be - Distant vision 6/6 correctable.

You should not have any problem in becoming a Commercial pilot.
