One of my friend lives in Italy and wants to migrate to US.?

She and her husband lives in Italy with their two kids. Is there any different process for Italian citizen to migrate and get legale status here in United states?

no, my husband is italian, and i can tell you there is no different process, its nearly the same for everyone.  first they will need a sponsor:  relative, work, etc.  then they can start filing to come.  its not that easy anymore.

IT is not easy unless they have family sponsor them who is here or get a job or have some highly educated degree ie dr, lawyer engineer etc.
