Re my earlier question on the above - I cannot have made it clear - I am the moderator and I have not excluded her - on the members page she still appears as a full member. There is no apparent reason why she cannot send emails - she is using same address as registered with the group

  1. ask someone here

    http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Group...

  2. If they post from work or have their corporate email signed up it might be a block on the part of their employer.  They might not want company name floating around yahoo forums.

  3. a number of things. you just never know, be sure they're sending it to the correct address of the group. has this member tried from both e-mail and posting while on the group? do they have a Yahoo ID or just an mailing list member? if they can, ask them to try to post on the group and see if when the next page loads if there's an error message. have them try sending to the owners address. see if you get that.

if they are not moderated, set them to moderated and see if their post ends up in pending. (below is right where you'd set that)

generally if a moderator disables a member from posting, that member is notified however you still can check

look member up in members list- click edit membership below their ID- next page Posting Messages:    Override: This member's posts are always moderated (Edit) <-- click the edit- next page bottom be sure * This member can't post messages is not checked

otherwise, at times when providers update their servers, other area's end up blocked or black listed. if you checked all those area's of your group, it's more than likely their providers issue.
