One of my group members posts keep getting marked as spam?

One of my group members on - yahoo groups - posts keep getting marked as spam and i have to approve. How do I make it so group recognizes her as ok and not as spam?

turn it off, it's a faulty filter and I doubt yahoo for sure can make it more accurate. I have never yet caught a real spam post yet, but anything else it snags

Here’s how to turn Spam Filtering off:

From the list on the left, click Management.

Click Messages under Group Settings.

Click Edit next to Posting and Archives.

Select Off under "Spam Filtering".

Click Save Changes.

Take the message and move it to your inbox before you open it. This should allow your computer to recognize it next time.
