And I didn't really say anything, because I was afraid to and I was sixteen and he is highly respected and then he left to go to another store so I just shoved it in the back of my mind. He came back though and tomorrow I am working a shift and he will be there. I'm a bit afraid. What should I do?

  1. REPORT IT! Oh my god, 100 percent report him to the authorities, never be afraid to do the right thing, which in this case is reporting it. Make sure you don't come in direct contact with him and if you don't want it to happen again, then call the police and get him in jail. I'm sorry this happened to you, but you really do have to report him or it could happen to you again. Hope everything works out for you.

  2. Report the assult to your company's HR department. They must take your report seriously and do an investigation. If by way of the investigation they find that he did assult you then he will be dealt with by the company.

You are protected by the laws of this country. You should not have to live in fear of that type of person. I also highly suggest speaking to a lawyer.

  3. you should report it to the police!!! seriously though don't be afraid he has no right! your only a minor!!

  4. You have every right to be afraid!

This is a super-difficult situation since you didn't tell anyone before. You might want to tell someone...anyone, about your concerns. Even if it's just a friend who is nowhere near you, SOMEONE needs to know in case something does happen.

Please, please don't be alone with him at any time. Fired or not, your safety is more important than your position!

  5. You should have reported it to the police the first time.  If he even looks at you the wrong you call the police this time.

  6. Try to keep your distance from him.

Before work, head to a drug store or something and pick up some pepper spray, just in case he tries to make an advance on you again.
