One of my monarch butterfly chrysalisis has turned clear?

how long until it emerges? Also what types of flowers should I have ready for it to eat? English names of the flowers please, I don't know the scientific names. I have them in my daughters pup tent.

a monarch butterfly does not live long. once it emerges, let it loose to fly.
