One of my parakeets hit my wall mirror pretty hard today a few x i just got them last night will she be ok??

im new to this i just got 2 parakeets last night and i let them out trying to let them get used to the surroundings and they freaked and went flying everywhere im scared that now theyre too freaked to trust us is this normal or should i give them back?

you should give them back and get handfed ones, the same thing happened to mine a few years back and she died. check to make sure ther is no bleeding or cracked beak

Don't let them fly around in a room with mirrors, period.  Make sure all windows are covered (like with a set of blinds or curtains).  If the bird is acting unusual, then take the bird to a vet immediately.  It's probably best to take it to a vet, regardless.  It could suffer internal bleeding or have brain damage from a hit like that, not to mention several hits.

hey i think u dont kno much about animals . when u want ur birds fly around ur room nd u take them out its normal. because they r not used to u r surroundings they will keep flying for few days and one final day they will choose their best place to sit and when ever u open them they will go to their favorite spot .and sit.they r not used to ur  kind of company as they will try to escape from the predator thts u . dont chase them much let them fly for few days until they get used to ur room .they r new to ur rooom thts y they r flying.

the one tht crashed in to  the wall ,did it start making noise .if it did then it might have hurt . but my advice is to let them fly around . ignore them for a while .

YOU SHOULD CHECK THEM OUT, MAYBE BY YOURSELF OR PROFESSIONAL.

I HAD 1 AND THE SAME HAPPENED, BY THE TIME I PUT THE PHONE DOWN WITH THE VETS, THE POOR BABY HAD DIED IN MY HANDS. :(

I'VE NEVER FORGOTTEN THAT MOMENT YET AND VOWED NEVER TO KEEP ANOTHER PET EVER AGAIN.
