One of my subwoofers idk if it poped cause it's like stuck i tap it and it just gets stuck and the other one

isnt before i got home i noticed like little rpoblems than theyjust went out idk think it poped i just think the sub kinda went in..

need help what shoud i do?

If the woofer wont move freely then its blown from the voice coil over heating. You didnt say what kind so im not sure if its worth repairing you should replace with a higher wattage woofer that can handle your amp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
