The best is Mankind vs. The Undertaker during King of the Ring 97 cause that match is why they call the match h**l in the cell cause it was the most brutal match in WWE history. Foley lost a part of ear during that match, if that's not brutal then I must be smokin' some good stuff.

Edge vs Undertaker was my favorite... Going into the Match Undertaker and Edge were two of my favorites, and Edge built the match up pretty well the weeks previous to Summerslam. Not only did they deliver on the hype, they went a step above delivering.

From your list I would say Mick Foley vs. Undertaker. But another great one was Triple H vs. Batista and Brock Lesnar vs. Undertaker in h**l in a cell matches. I loved those two matches the most.
