One of the managers at my work is trying to fire me becasue she doesnt like me?

i am a great host but she doesnt like that i dont smile enough, she always complains when im not smiling and i am smiling, she also wants me to smile when im not looking at any of the people

she doesnt even work with me anymore, i found out she wants to fire me from another host that i know is telling the truth because the host is very nice and wouldnt lie.

i have done nothing wrong and always do my best but the manager hates me, what should i do??

I would take your complaints to HER boss.  If she still manages to get you fired, contact your local labor board.

Keep a diary, and document your working details, times etc.

Ask her directly if there is a problem, (make sure someone is present to witness it), record her comments.

Look for another job, and when you resign do it with an audience, outlining your reasons for quitting.

It might not save you, but her next "victim", might stand a chance.
