One time I found a web site where you could fill out an application for government grants.?

Question

I was wanting to start up a small business for mental retarted indiviuals who wanted to live in a supported living home. I dont want one of them web sites where you have to pay for them to tell you where to go. If anyone knows the right government web site to go to will you please tell me.

actually u probably won't get any...

most of those r scams, if they want u to paid to process, then it is scam.

don't try any websites that ended with .com/.org , ".gov" is the real one
