One to one waitrose interview? anyone had one?

i have made it past the group interview and it went really well-they want me to come back for a one to one. does anyone know what they ask you and how i can totally ace the interview? thanks

I dont understand how no one seems to know what waitrose is.

anyway I've just had a group interview and have now been called back for a 2nd one, but I don't really know what to expect either.
