One tree hill season 5?

how many episodes are there in season 5 and does anyone know if they are making a season 6. ive just watched 5x18 and i dont want to spoil it for anyone but by the looks of things they will be.

theres around 20 episodes i think and yes theres is a season 6. it airs in september in the us

5x18 is the last episode for season 5 because of the US writers strike - So you have finished that season.

Yes there is going to be a 6th Season which they are currently filming. It's due to air on the CW network in the States on the 1st September (Not long now - wooo). There are also plently on spoilers available online if you wanna know what's happening - if not and if you live in the States watch it on the 1st or if you don't live there it'll most probably be uploaded onto the net by the 2nd September.
