Logo looks horrible (no offense)

The font of the text used for the TOP menu doesnt suits well.

if you own this

then remove the Google ADS

so many no follow links

remember you are telling that you do trust the site by placing a link then again you saying i dont trust that link with nofollow

So use it as require and only when needed.
