Help please my remote is a onkyo rc-690m and i want it so i can use it on my ps3 and xbox 360 does anybody know the codes for this

I know for a fact that you cannot use this for your ps3. That remote is an IR remote, while the ps3 uses Bluetooth instead. You can buy the BlueTooth remote for the ps3 for about $20. NOt sure about the 360 though. Sorry. And dont' worry...your question makes perfect sense...people that don't know what you're talking about shouldn't be posting pointless answers.

The RC-690M is not programmable - it will only work with Onkyo kit.

You will need to buy a programmable remote control.
