Online Canadian Forces Penpals?

I'm looking for a link to a site that can allow me to become an online penpal for a canadian soldier based in any of the 14 operations that canada is involved in, preferably afghanistan or ethiopia.

does anyone know of a site in which i can do so?

These are mainly for US troops but, contact them and see if they can point you in the right direction
