Online File Storage for a Group?

I have a YahooGroup for classmates. We've exhausted the file storage there. Any other similar service on Yahoo where we could continue storing? Or creating a new YahooGroup is a better alternative?

Members only access? Members shud be able to add, modify delete content.

I have used a second group with a simular name for double storage, but Yahoo is working on increasing the storage space, so just hold on...
