Online Gambling Laws?

I deposited money on full tilt poker, won a little, and now want to withdraw some of it. There are three options, two of which are inconvenient for me. The one i'm interested in is "bank transfer." I live in CA and want to know if there are any laws preventing me from withdrawing money and transferring it back to my bank account?

How did you deposit?  If you used ePassporte, then that might be y our best option.  Bank transfers might have fees and/or minimums associated with them, so be sure you check that out.  Last I read, they are doing a "beta" eCheck payout thing.  Check on that if you qualify, it might be a good option to look into, as well.
