Online Home School??

Question

I need help on finding a good online high school thats affordable, like $1500 or under per year for all five credits, anyone know of any good ones?

There are several online charter schools, most of which I think are below your price range. For example, Connections Academy (connectionsacademy.com or connectionsacademy.org) provides all the materials for the schooling, and is an accredited academy.

You can find online charter schools by searching by "online charter schools" or "charter schools." You do need to do your homework, and check them out, but it's a good place to start.

You may also want to search for charter schools in your area with real world locations. They provide all the materials for free, and require minimal supervision. The charter school my son attends only requires him to attend a teacher/parent conference once a month, but does offer more optional classes.

Here's a list of online high school programs.  Most start around $350/course/semester (0.5 credit).  To get any cheaper, you'll need to attend a virtual charter *public* school, which is nearly free (normal school fees apply).
