Online Radio Stations-Programmes?

Question

I thought the original problem(2weeks ago) was solved with the firewall.I was wrong. I have done a clean up(temporary Internet)Even switched off the Firewall.(TEMPORARY).Yet, I Still have the Bufering problem.Even tried then BBC Radio Live Stations.STILL The same Ever Buffering.Maybe i am doing the wrong thing as to clean up of my work.What should i actualy do to turn off any Blocking i may in Place without realizing?

Your problem may not be any application blocking it, but perhaps your connection or bus speed is not adequate.
