Online Stores Co. Does it work or not?

I just recently attended a Stores Online meeting where they try to sell you a website and business opportunity. I've signed up for the work shop where they work with you one on one to get your website setup and stuff. I guess what I'd like to know is, has anyone done this and does it work?
