Online college applications help?

I have began to fill out college applications online, and I was wondering what else I need to do, I don't know how to get them my ACT scores, or how they will get my transcripts. I need some help

You need to mail them transcripts and recommendations, and have the testing agencies send your scores.  It's just the application part that's online - the rest needs to arrive at the college before the deadline, but not all together.
