Photography is d**n expensive.

You can't learn photography online, let alone free.

Learning about photography is to do things with your hands.

But go to a community college, it's free for high school students.

I'm guessing you're in high school?

Actually, there is. It's not even close to what a college course would teach you, but it'll show you a few handy things.
